HYDROGEN REFUELLING FROM METHANE. WITH NO CO2

Pioneering Hydrogen Innovation: The "Hydrogen in Place Refuelling Station" Project

CKBC Inc. is proud to lead the ambitious "Hydrogen in Place Refuelling Station" project, a groundbreaking initiative poised to revolutionize the hydrogen transportation and refuelling landscape. This pioneering endeavor represents a powerful collaboration of international expertise, bringing together leading innovators from Canada, South Korea, and France to deliver an integrated, economical, and environmentally responsible hydrogen solution. At the core of "HIPRS" are the distinct yet complementary contributions of:

  • Sakowin Green Energy (France): As a deep tech pioneer, Sakowin provides the innovative methane plasmalysis technology that underpins the project's unique on-site hydrogen production capability. Their patented process is designed to generate hydrogen from natural gas without any CO2 emissions, offering a truly decarbonized and water-independent method for hydrogen generation directly where it's needed. This compact and modular solution is a game-changer for localized hydrogen supply.

  • Exergy Solutions (Calgary, Canada): Exergy Solutions, a Calgary-based engineering firm known for its expertise in advanced industrial solutions, plays a critical role through its development of the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) system for hydrogen purification. Their advanced PSA technology ensures that the hydrogen produced on-site achieves the ultra-high purity levels required for various applications, including fuel cell vehicles, guaranteeing efficiency and performance.

  • Kwangshin Manufacturing (South Korea): With a long-standing reputation in compressor technology and gas handling systems, Kwangshin Manufacturing brings their proven expertise to the project by providing the robust and reliable hydrogen delivery system. Their contribution ensures the safe, efficient, and high-pressure transfer of purified hydrogen, completing the seamless chain from production to refueling.

Under the expert oversight and strategic coordination of CKBC Inc., "Hydrogen in Place" is more than just a project; it's a testament to the power of international collaboration in advancing clean energy solutions. By integrating cutting-edge technologies for on-site, CO2-free hydrogen generation, purification, and delivery, this initiative sets a new standard for sustainable energy infrastructure, paving the way for a cleaner, hydrogen-powered future.
